We're looking for people like you. How Big Can You Think? The Account Manager (AM) is an online advertising expert responsible for building and maintaining deep partnerships with high value clients in US Hispanic Market by managing the day to day processes and optimizing display advertising campaigns, up selling existing advertisers, cross selling new products and providing daily support to achieve team revenue goals. In addition the AM will support our Sales force by providing pre and post sales support to Media AE's on all opportunities involving Direct Response campaigns. This includes identifying what are the advertiser's goals, working on establishing realistic metrics and optimizing the Yahoo network's inventory (owned, managed or Exchange) to deliver a return on investment for the advertiser. Scope of responsibilities may include other Hispanic Latin American markets. Job Responsibilities: Working directly with Account Executives and clients directly to provide support with client needs: Utilizing Y! proprietary tools/systems for creating proposals and developing a standardized criteria for media plans building. Coordinate with internal sales operations teams and overseeing process through to completion to ensure seamlessly operational support for clients. Key client contact on billing related issues (Insertion Orders, Invoicing, etc) Proactively create strategic recommendations and implement Digital solutions for each client. Understand how Yahoo! Display products will assist accounts in reaching their marketing goals. Push high CPM inventory sales Inventory management: increase display class 1 sell thru Support development and implementation of DR growth strategies and technological implementations. Pre sales support on AE/client discussions and providing recommendations. Post sales support includes creation, testing and troubleshooting of tracking pixels, optimizing ongoing campaigns, including client contact as necessary. Basic Requirements: Experience in and a passion for the online advertising industry Ability to manage large customer relationships and manage through conflict, driving groups to collective business decision Proven track record translating marketing objectives into results for advertisers. Demonstrated experience effectively optimizing marketing campaigns by analyzing performance and recommending adjustments to key performance drivers. Exceptional understanding of marketing best practices and how to leverage qualitative and quantitative information to create persuasive marketing messages Strong analytical and quantitative skills Knowledge of ad serving software such as DART, Atlas and Right Media Preferred Requirements: 2 to 3 years combined market research, advertising agency experience and internet experience. Account management experience with Ad networks or DSPs a plus. Excellent oral and written communication, and presentation skills. Fully bilingual (English Spanish) Experience in sales operations as well as working in a matrixed organization a plus BA/BS, MBA a plus Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
