This integral member of the Checkout Tracking team will report directly to the Account Manager, Client Development. The Account Specialist within Checkout Tracking is responsible for analyzing receipt havested data, and providing analysis and insights to clients. He or she will be responsible for building Checkout Tracking product knowledge, as well as industry knowledge for assigned industries.
The Specialist will have direct client contact with both internal and external clients, as well as support the sales team in business development opportunities. He or she will be responsible for providing recommendations on analytical approaches, pulling data from Tableau software, charting and analyzing it in a client-friendly format, and presenting those findings directly to clients.
This position will be based in Rosemont/Chicago, IL.
* Put together analyses for clients from start to finish, with support from your manager on final insights and implications
* Support Client Development and Sales teams by providing on time and accurate data reports using Tableau and other related analytic software as directed
* Provide day-to-day servicing support across receipt harvesting clients
* Provide analytical insights for clients by accurately interpreting data
* Ability to take responsibility for personal development by seeking training, on-the-job experiences and input from manager
* 2+ years' experience in market research or equivalent
* Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Previous knowledge/experience working with databases and/or analytical tools is a plus
* Strong organizational and project management skills
* Proficient in all MS Office products (strong Excel, PowerPoint)
* Detail orientated
* BA/BS or equivalent
