JOB DESCRIPTIONOur client, a small, full-service agency in the greater Boston area, is looking for an Account Lead with a strong Paid Search background.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 3-5years of experience in paid search marketing
* Proven success in managing paid search campaigns for B2B, CPG, and Retail clients
* Expert knowledge of search networks such as Google, Bing, YouTube and others
* Accountable for the delivery of all projects to agreed deadlines
* Ability to develop search marketing plans for clients that include goals, specific campaign strategies, recommended tactics, budgets and timelines
* Ultimate accountability for pacing and managing account budgets
* Ability to think strategically and identify and resolve problems in a client-centric environment
* Ability to teach, train and counsel clients on best practices or new features and processes
* Current on latest industry trends and news
* Familiarity with other advertising mediums and how they impact Search
* Must thrive in fast-paced environment
* Polished demeanor with clients
* Must be an excellent cultural fit - high levels of integrity, autonomy and self-motivation
