JLL is currently seeking an Account Technology Manager to join our team. This position will be based in Chicago or NYC and is responsible for ensuring the successful utilization of Co-Star Real Estate Manager (CREM) by the Retail Team of one of JLL s Corporate Solutions accounts.
Becoming an expert in the system s functionality and how it is used by the Retail team.
Reviewing support tickets and ensuring they are prioritized, escalated to the appropriate resource, and resolved according to the SLA.
Coordinating with the account s Trainer to ensure that the accounts CREM training needs are met.
Working with the account s data governance team to ensure the system.
Working with end users to understand how their needs and how they utilize the system.
Documenting, prioritizing, and managing the implementation of enhancement requests with the Co Star team in order to drive efficiency with the system.
During the first six months, this individual will be responsible for managing the implementation of the Electronic Approvals Process for Retail Transactions. Specifically, this means:
Managing the overall implementation of the project, accountable for its successful implementation.
Developing the project plan and reporting on project progress.
Coordinating with the Client PMO Director to document requirements and develop the approval process.
Documenting the technical requirements for implementing electronic approvals.
Coordinating with JLL Co-Star Lead and Co-Star to develop the new required features.
Managing client UAT testing of the process and technology.
Managing the development of training materials with the account Trainer.
Overseeing training and rollout of electronic approvals.

Primary JLL Counterpart: JLL Retail Technologies Project Manager, Sr. Director, Transactions Management (Commercial Transactions)
Recommended / Required Skills and Experience:
BA/BS in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Real Estate background required
Strong client service and relationship management skills
Strong technology skills
CoStar Real Estate Manager (CREM) experience preferred
* Oracle EnterpriseOne (E1) experience preferred
* Travel Requirements: Approximately 1 2 weeks per month travel, mostly to NYC
