Reviewing project contracts
Entering/Processing new projects in the company data system.
Ensuring project setup information is complete and entered accurately
Providing, auditing, analyzing, and verifying project financial reporting as needed.
Reconciling, maintaining and closing projects. Communicating with Project Managers and others as necessary.
A team player having effective interpersonal and communication skills along with the desire to provide excellent customer service to Project Managers, company management and its financial auditors.
Proactive with a natural inquisitiveness and desire to work with different colleagues on a variety of initiatives
Ability to work independently as needed
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
knowledge of MS applications specifically Excel
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret financial data and techniques
BA/ BS or Associates Degreepreferred -
Prior work experience that includes solid experience with revenue recognition, and financial reconciliations.
