Job Description
Oil & Gas Operations Accountant Position will record monthly journal entries for GL close. Review and process working interest division of interest changes received from Land Administration. Monitor and reconcile JIB account receivables. Monitor company and outside operated payouts. Assist General Accounting with JIB cash deposits. Setup and administer property master and answer working interest owner inquiries. Cross train with other members in team for an increased knowledge and skill set for future growth.
Bachelor's degree required; degree in accounting preferred. Degree in business-related field will be considered. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work effectively with others and to consistently and accurately meet tight deadlines. Strong analytical skills. Proficient in Excel and Word. Quick learner, self-starter, able to work independently.
