Primary Purpose of Position:
Provide administrative support for the Accounting department.
As part of the Regional Administrative Team the incumbent will periodically provide backup support to the Regional Office and other assigned groups as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• High School diploma or GED required. BA/BS preferred.
• A minimum of 1 –2 years of progressively responsible administrative or office clerk experience preferred. Interest in the field of accounting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills within diverse working environments.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to set priorities, multitask and meet deadlines.
• Team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with co-workers and vendors in an articulate, pleasant, courteous and business-like manner at all times
• Detail oriented with good analytical and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to determine needs and achieve results without close supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and lead projects.
• Ability to effectively interface with all departments of the company and to represent the company in a highly professional manner.
• Exhibits and champions excellence in work and willingness to embrace change.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Lotus Notes & JD Edwards OneWorld.
