span Accounting Administrator Job in Ft Lauderdale, FL br   br Accounting Principals has a client in the Ft Lauderdale, FL area looking for an Accounting Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of bookkeeping experience with a solid understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable principals. This person needs to have accurate data entry skills and a willingness to learn. br   br Responsibilities br • Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process br • Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger br • Bring the books to the trial balance stage br • Perform partial checks of the posting process br • Enter data, maintain records and lunch reports and financial statements br • Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner br   br Qualifications br • 1-3 years of bookkeeping experience br • Solid understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable principles br • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records br • Accurate data entry skills br • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets br • Proficiency in MS Excel and Quickbooks br   br To learn more about the Accounting Administrator Job in Ft Lauderdale, FL.
