JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY We are looking to add an Accounting Assistant to help support our busy accounting team. Desired candidates will have well-rounded experience in accounts payable, receivables, and payroll processing.
Requirements for the Accounting Assistant:
? At least two years? experience in a similar role.
? Coordinate and execute accounts payable activities including entering vendor invoices, matching invoices with purchase orders, check processing and invoice filing.
? Process accounts receivables including preparation of bank deposits, light collections, and GL entry.
? Strong attention to detail, accurate data entry skills and effective organization skills.
? Experience working with payroll systems such as ADP or IBS.
? Deadline driven with strong problem solving skills.
? Team player with a 'can do' attitude that can work in a fast-paced environment.
