Corporate Card Management Assistance
Wells Fargo with current US program for Pcards and USD card for specific foreign entity travelers
Monthly Receipt review
Formatting to AP Preprocessor Template
Branch Locations maintain and update as necessary
Add new locations as provided by HR
Update existing locations as necessary for cessation/closures
Run/Distribute Month End Report to Marketing et al
Receiver Adjustments as needed based on email notification from Purchasing staff and monthly based on the PO commitment report from Purchasing
Purchasing Administrative Items (TBD, Jessica reviewing)
Period open/close maintenance in ERP System (shared and/or backup role)
Review/analyze monthly audit schedules for multiple expense accounts (shared and/or backup role)
Rotating Accounting Department Responsibilities
Including US, Canada and foreign subsidiaries currently handled by US staff
AP Invoice Data Entry
PO and Non-PO related invoices
US, Canada and Mexico entities
Exporting Timesheets (including foreign subsidiaries as needed)
Reversing/Correcting Timesheets (including foreign subsidiaries as needed)
Other Duties as Assigned
Associates Degree minimum
4 years of experience
