What will I be doing? An Accounting Clerk with Hilton Hotels and Resorts is responsible for accurately reporting daily revenues and expenses for all departments (Rooms, F&B and Other Operating) and to audit all Travel Agent Commissions, tips and gratuities, and revenue journals. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: * Report daily revenues and expenses for all departments on the Daily Report that is submitted to Corporate Office daily. Allocate revenues and payroll for the monthly Daily Report template. * Prepare Daily Revenue Reports for Rooms, F&B, and Cash Receipts through Operations Audit. * Inputting and auditing of tips and gratuities report for Payroll. This includes F&B tips, Bellmen tips and Banquet gratuities. * Audit all Travel Agent Commissions. Respond to all Travel Agent Inquiries regarding commissions. * Verify and distribute all Accounts Payable checks to Vendors via the appropriate delivery method. * Assist with the reconciliation of all banquet outside services account. * Assisting General Cashier inputting and auditing the daily cash drops. * Retrieves, files and stores up at levels up to 6 feet high, various files, folders and binders weighing up to 25 lbs. * Assist in other duties as requested by Supervisor.
