span Our client is looking for an individual for a contract to hire Accounting Clerk Job in Chicago, IL. You must have three years accounting experience. You must also QuickBooks experience. br You will be responsible for providing financial and administrative support to the accounting department. If you are interested in joining this growing team, please apply now! br   br B Job Responsibilities: /B br Process accounts payables and receivables as needed br Respond to Vendor inquiries br Maintain files, including filing of general ledger journal vouchers and accounts payable documentation br Post vendor invoices daily br Assist in month-end reporting procedures br Assist in preparation of accurate and timely monthly financial statements br Print checks and initiate ACHs and wire transfers for payment br Perform audit daily vouchers and voids br Maintain daily report of cash across multiple banks br Key worksheets to the general ledger br General administrative activities br   br B Requirements: /B br Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred br Three years of accounting experience required br Knowledge of standard accounting procedures br Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access br Must be detail oriented and possess good organizational skills br Ability to prioritize and multitask br Excellent communication skills both verbal and written br   br If you are interested in this position or other accounting opportunities then please click "apply" below and apply online at www.accountingprincipals.com. br   br /span
