span Accounting Clerk Job in Miami, FL br   br Excellent Accounting Clerk job located in Miami, FL is open and the client is looking for a candidate to join their team.  The ideal candidate will have 2 years of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience working in a fast paced environment. This person needs be bilingual in English and Spanish. br   br Duties and Responsibilities: br • Perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors. br • Research, track, and resolve accounting problems. br • Compile and sort invoices and checks. br • Issue checks for accounts payable. br • Place checks in envelopes and mail out. br • Record business transactions and key daily worksheets to the general ledger system. br • Record charges and refunds. br • Support accounting personnel. br • Input type vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records. br • Provide front desk customer service. br • File and tally deposits. br • Work with adding machines, calculators, databases and bank accounts. br • Match invoices to work orders. br • Process bills for payment. br • Open mail and match payments to invoices. br • Arrange for money to be delivered to bank. br • Utilize computer systems to run databases, pay bills and order supplies. br • Contact individuals with delinquent accounts. br • Ensure customers accept payments or refunds. br   br Qualification Requirements: br • 2 years of AP/AR experience br • Fluent in English and Spanish br • Associates Degree preferred br • Distribution/wholesale experience is preferred br • Peachtree or Sage experience is a plus! br   br Please send all resumes for the Accounting Clerk Job in Miami to br   br /span
