Accounting Principals is currently recruiting for an Accounting Clerk job that could be perfect for you! br   br span style='color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:12pt;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal;' We are looking for someone who has experience in accounting, but also wouldn’t mind picking up administrative duties around the office as well. This position is direct hire! The salary for this role is between $40-50k annually. br   br The Accounting Clerk Job Responsibilities: br • Perform light bookkeeping and accounting functions, such as, reconcile bank statements, file annual tax returns, send monthly open item statements, and complete online state corporate filings br • Manage all correspondence for the accounting department br • Answer phones, sort mail, file and records management br • Schedule meetings and appointments as well as coordinate employee gatherings br • Purchase all office supplies br   br Qualifications: br • The ideal candidate would have at least five years’ experience working in accounting as well as office experience br • A successful candidate is able to work independently but is also a strong team player with excellent communication skills br • Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills are required br   br If you are interested in this position click Apply Now!
