li Calculate posting and verify payment of invoices or employee expense reports /li li Maintain purchase orders, and files /li li Match invoices with receivers, time cards, and compares to purchase orders /li li Processes invoices /li li Prepares manual checks /li li Answer vendor, employee or buyer inquiries /li li Partner with Purchasing and Receiving Departments to obtain necessary information to correct discrepancies /li li Audits employee expense reports for compliance with company and government regulations /li /ul
br B Minimum requirements: /B br ul
li High school graduation /li li 3+ years of accounting clerical experience (DOD experience preferred) /li li Strong computer skills /li li Prior Costpoint and/or Deltek preferred /li li Good prioritizing skills and able to work under tight deadlines /li li Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision /li /ul
