Services include: budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs, shared services and financing. Finance works daily with leadership, partners and managers on managing the profitability of engagements. br br This ideal candidate’s team will be responsible for Tax and Cash ledger accounting and reporting, Cash Income projections and Taxable Net Income projections. This team provides financial data and analysis to the Partnership Tax department and partners with senior leadership in developing and implementing tax planning strategies. li Years of Experience: 5-7 /li li Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree /li li Demonstrates extensive knowledge of and/or proven record of success in roles utilizing and leveraging GAAP accounting methodologies. /li li Cash-basis modeling of income; and leading day-to-day operations of an accounting group focused on cash perspectives /li /ul

li Demonstrates extensive level of abilities and/or proven record of success /li li Implementing policies and controls around the review of cash and tax ledgers /li li Conducting quarterly analyses and reviews of the cash balance sheets and teaming with the tax team to identify book tax differences /li li Leading, collaborating, and consulting with senior leaders and the Partnership Tax team on multi-year prospective projections of the firm's taxable net income, as well as the developing and implementing strategies to meet objectives /li li Leading and actively participating in special projects, coordinating staff participation and aligning skill sets with overall project objectives /li li Coaching, training and leading members of the Finance organization in a wide variety of areas that include, teaming, interpersonal skills, relationship building, leadership skills, strategy, and business acumen /li /ul
