span span style='color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:12pt;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal;' Seeking a Global Accounting Manager to perform detailed reviews of all global balance sheets and income statements for the Finance group.  This position requires a seasoned professional capable of running a formal close review process, identifying/communicating all finance related concerns upward to executive management and day-to-day interface with field teams and other stakeholders.  This opportunity will appeal to someone who is looking to contribute to the success of a fast paced, growing company.  The ability to multi-task and think outside of the box is a must for this position.  This person must be able to work in a highly collaborative team environment and have a strong time management skill set. br   br Job Responsibilities: br • Provides management with financial information by researching and analyzing accounts br • Overall responsibility for the accuracy of the balance sheet and income statement on a global basis, including statutory reporting br • Review and manage group level consolidation of Financial Statements including maintenance of consolidating journal entries and eliminations within Oracle br • Research rules and regulations to ensure the Company is compliant with US GAAP, accounting pronouncements, all SEC rules and regulations as well as GAAP to Statutory adjustments for local requirements br • VAT/Tax and International compliance br • Analyze corporate internal financial statements by reviewing information from the general ledger system and from departments br • Review expenses (budget to actuals) associated with internal financial statements and ensure proper allocation and classification to executive P&L’s br • Prepare and review general ledger entries and account reconciliations br • Review and improve the Month End, Quarter End and Year End closing processes br • Review supporting schedules including bank recs, fixed assets, prepaids, intercompany, accruals, payroll, deferred rent and debt and related financing costs across global sets of books br • Prepare software capitalization analysis and journal entries/supporting schedules br • Assist in the interim and annual portions of the Audit by obtaining, collecting and creating packages for Auditors in a timely fashion br • Ability to investigate questionable data and recommends actions to resolve discrepancies br • Ability to suggest accounting procedures and policy improvements br • Ability to answer financial and accounting questions by researching and interpreting data br • Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing results as needed br Keywords: br • Organized, Deadline/Detail Oriented br • Proficient in Excel (Microsoft Office) br • Accounting Degree required br • Public & Private Accounting experience preferred br • 8-10 years of experience br • Oracle experienced preferred br   br /span br   br /span
