JOB SUMMARY:
The Accounts Payable Clerk performs various operations to record Hospital liability in the Accounts Payable system for goods and services the Hospital received and to pay vendors accordingly. This position reviews vendor invoices with purchase orders, verifies goods or services being invoiced and enters invoice data in computer to establish liability. The Accounts Payable Clerk scans, indexes, processes and maintains documents in the document imaging system and is responsible for selecting invoices for payment through the computer system and document imaging system.
REQUIREMENTS:
-High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
-Minimum of 2 years general office experience with emphasis in accounting and data entry preferred
-Knowledge of SAP preferred Full-time Days
