If you are interested in working for a company that offers growth and stability, then this would be a great opportunity for you! br   br B Accounts Payable Coordinator Job Responsibilities: /B br • Input invoices for assigned properties.   br • Assist and responds to all and any inquiries from the properties regarding accounts payable. br • Review all invoices submitted from the properties to ensure proper coding and approval by the District Managers and other personnel. br • Maintain separate folders for each property for weekly check runs. br • Process weekly AP check runs and route for appropriate signature. br • Void checks and issue stop payment on checks with proper back up. br • Match checks to invoices and stuff envelopes. br   br B Accounts Payable Coordinator Job Qualifications: /B br • Knowledge of invoicing and statements of account from vendors.
