JOB DESCRIPTIONAccounts Payable Coordinator - $14-15/hour
Looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator in the Orlando area. Candidates must have recent experience within a high-volume Accounts Payable role to be considered for this opportunity.
Responsibilities for this Accounts Payable Coordinator role will include: Verifying and processing in the upwards of 400-500 invoices per week, processing of expenses, filing and pulling of invoices, three-way matching invoices including coding, matching and batching invoices, and handling any other tasks related to Accounts Payable. Past Accounts Payable Coordinators must have experience in a high-volume AP type of role, where they have handled at a minimum 300 invoices per week. The Accounts Payable Coordinator must also have at a minimum intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel to be considered.
