As an Accounts Payable Coordinator for this growing, dynamic, and stable company, you will be responsible for the Accounts Payable Duties, which include the following duties:
-Resolve accounting issues with internal customers and external vendors
?Process vendor invoices, compile check runs and reconcile subsidiary accounts payable ledgers
?Delegate work to meet deadlines to accounting clerks on as needed basis
- Maintain vendor files, resolve discrepancies between PO's and invoices and manage vendor payment schedules
?Process month-end accounts payable accrual
?Administer month end reporting and out of balance research and journal entries
?Review and processes expense
