JOB DESCRIPTIONAdecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Accounts Payable Coordinator job in the NW Miami FL area. This is a temporary to hire opportunity. As a Accounts Payable Coordinator you will be responsible for oversee the daily needs of the accounting department. Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below!
Responsibilities for this (insert title) job include:
• Enter approx. 100+ vouchers/invoices a week.
• Process weekly check run and wires. Reconcile vendor statements
• Assist in month end closing.
• Various minimal tasks
• 3+ years of resent experience
• Accounting or Business degree is a plus
Hours: 9-6PM Monday through Friday however may need to stay late or work a weekend during month-end closings.
Pay rate: $18 - $19/hour.
