JOB DESCRIPTIONThis position would be Monday to Friday working from 8am to 5pm.
Primarily responsible for all functions related to accounts payable.
Daily administrative tasks completed by this role are answering phones, filing, reception work, and mail and office supply orders.
Searching for a team player who can fulfill the day to day tasks of the accounting department but, will also be a self starter capable of initiating projects to improve operation efficiency.
Excel experience and basic formula construction preferred
Multi task with distractions in a fast paced environment
Knowledge of Quick Books is a plus
1-3 years related experienced preferred
Smaller office atmosphere. Will be cross trained to help out in other areas when someone is out.
