li Prepare and process high volume invoices for payment /li li Accurately prepare, verify and edit all accounts payable entries /li li Verify invoices, compute discounts and code expenses /li li Provides customer service to both external and internal partners /li li Prioritize workload to meet deadlines and demonstrate strong multi-tasking ability /li /ul
br B As the most qualified candidate, you should have: /B br ul
li Two years of general accounting, accounts payable or disbursement accounting experience /li li Prioritize workload to meet deadlines and demonstrate strong multi-tasking ability /li li Advanced Microsoft Excel skills /li li Strong verbal and written communication – ability to work with both external and internal partners. /li li Ability to effectively meet deadlines /li li 10 key by touch /li /ul
