Dewberry is currently seeking an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Processor to join our team in Fairfax, Virginia.","Posts customer payments by recording checks, ACH, and credit card transactions.
Investigate and resolve customer queries.
Assist with month-end closing
Prepare bank deposits
Research and resolve payment discrepancies
Codes such items as invoices, vouchers, correct codes conforming to standard procedures to ensure proper entry into the financial system.
Able to handle vendor correspondence via phone and e-mail.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an AP/AR role.
BS degree preferred but not required
Experience using Oracle is preferred.
