Summary: Accounts Receivable Analyst 1 will provide customer service and support regarding the daily, weekly and monthly accounts receivable functions to internal and external customers under the direction of the Accounts Receivable Supervisor. Essential duties and responsibilities include… • Maintain resident accounts from inception to expiration utilizing multiple propriety Accounts Receivable billing systems • Assist with training of community associates as it pertains to the Accounts Receivable procedures and systems • Identify potential customer account issues through review of daily, weekly and monthly generated reports and queries • Research and resolve potential billing errors to ensure account accuracy and customer satisfaction • Provide quality customer service for all of our internal and external customers • Assist with other duties and responsibilities as assigned by team leadership Ideal candidate should have… • Minimum 2-3 years experience in billing and accounts receivable • Understanding of billing revenue cycle • Excellent customer service skills • Experience with phone inquiries • Excellent written and communication skills • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred • Attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel/Word
