You’ll become part of a growing team that’s building an amazing business and enjoys a results-driven atmosphere. br   br As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, your job duties will include: br • Prepare daily cash deposits and post all cash receipts into ERP system and maintain the document files. br • Process credit card transactions on a daily basis, and manage e-commerce AR accounts. br • Collect on assigned customer accounts and resolve variances in customer payments. Research and processes charge backs, returns, and returned checks. br • Work with customers to resolve outstanding issues and respond appropriately to all inquiries. br • Conduct account research, analysis, and reconciliation. br   br As our ideal candidate, you should have: br   br • Two or more years Accounts Receivable experience, including high volume cash posting br • Experience working within the client-facing industry preferred br • Experience working within an ERP system br • Business to business collections experience br • Understanding of GAAP br • Some College level accounting experience preferred br   br If you are Accounts Receivable Clerk with a passion for customer service and a solid understanding of the full A/R cycle, please apply below, or email your resume to colleen.nagy@accountingprincipals.com.
