POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Account Executive - 340B works with 340B Covered Entities to help manage their contract pharmacy relationships with Accredo and Express Scripts Home Delivery. The Senior Account Executive manages a book of approximately 20 clients and coordinates the activities of account managers and others to help meet the needs of the client. The Senior Account Executive builds effective relationships, communicates proficiently, organizes and prioritizes tasks in a complex environment and drives the organization to support the client's goals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

* The Senior Account Executive - 340B works with 340B Covered Entities to help manage their contract pharmacy relationships with Accredo and Express Scripts Home Delivery.

* The Senior Account Executive manages a book of approximately 20 clients and coordinates the activities of account managers and others to help meet the needs of the client.

* The Senior Account Executive builds effective relationships, communicates proficiently, organizes and prioritizes tasks in a complex environment and drives the organization to support the client's goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience

* 10-15 years relevant experience or Master s degree with 8-12 years relevant experience

* Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Extensive project management skills

* Superior verbal and written communication and presentation skills

* Working knowledge of financial management principles and Federal Acquisition Regulation

* Demonstrated negotiating and leadership skills

* Developed organizational, analytical, interpretative and time management skills

* Ability to travel as needed to meet goals
