Sr Project Manager is responsible for managing projects in Member Choice
Center, MCC, Operations on behalf of the leadership team. Responsible for the coordination of
initiatives related to staffing, training and process improvement. Monitors department and staff performance to develop
reporting requirements, policy and procedure development, and tracking of
agreed upon plans. Serve as MCC
representation for MCC impacting projects.
Act as training liaison for MCC overall, working with the training
department to obtain necessary materials and schedule classroom training as needed. Work closely with Resource Management group
and Management team to coordinate, schedule and deliver training programs
across MCC. Partner with Lean Six Sigma
and Internal Audit to develop and implement appropriate actions based on findings.

8-12 years relevant work experience in regulated business climate, with project management and analytical work experience or Master s Degree and 6-10 years of relevant experience; PBM industry experience preferred
