The primary function of the
Senior Director of Physician Sales is to drive sales results through oversight
and management of the Regional Sales Directors and CRS Directors in their
region. The Sr. Director will participate in corporate strategies to
drive growth initiatives and work with cross-functional colleagues in Product
Line, Operations, Payor Team and Operations to develop physician focused
programs and products. The Sr. Director will possess excellent leadership
and communication skills and will be able to manage complex customer
relationships resolving problems when necessary. The Sr. Director will
lead the critical charge to ensure the understanding and execution of the
company sales and marketing plans through development and coaching of their
team. Success factors will include, but not be limited to, the
measurement and achievement of sales targets, development and management of
strategic partnerships including both internal and external stake holders and,
development of staff in their organization. Responsible for leading all
aspects of sales execution including development of appropriate measures of
service excellence. The Sr. Director will ensure goals and objectives are
incorporated into regional strategic business plans in support of growth goals.
* 12-16 years with a Bachelor's degree or 10-14 years with a Master's degree with relevant sales experience in the healthcare industry working with physicians
