JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Adecco is currently hiring an Accounting Clerk for one of our customers located in the Tampa area. Must be able to perform daily processing of accounting transactions to include accounts payable, ACH, share-draft, payroll, etc. in a timely manner. Reconcile General Ledger accounts. ATM balancing and making adjustments. Provide excellent internal member services. Administrative functions such as answering phone calls, and filling. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have related experience and/or 2 + years of experience in a related field. Excellent MS Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook. Must be an active listener. Must possess good verbal and written communication skills. Must be dependable, reliable, and flexible.
Must be able to work independently and in a team setting. Must be accountable to goals and deadlines of job function. Must have composure and ability to communicate well with members and co-workers.
Forty (40) hour work schedule. May be required to work extended hours to meet deadlines or provide assistance at special events or branches.
