The Ad Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of campaigns and a Media Operations team. This will require daily interaction with our internal teams such as Media and Analytics, and our external clients and partners to ensure consistent and accurate site tagging and delivery of all digital advertising campaigns.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

* Manage and train an Media Operations team
* Traffic and manage campaigns in DCM/Sizmek
* Develop and document Media Operations processes
* Educate Analytics and Media teams on Media Operations best practices
* Oversee media tracking and analytics set up and implementation
* Active participation in media planning discussions regarding trafficking strategies and related operational issues
* Improve data quality by collaborating with the Media, Analytics and Artemis teams to ensure campaigns are structured in a way to produce optimal data outputs
* Troubleshoot issues with ads or tags
* Generate, QA, and troubleshoot implementation of conversion tags
* Resolve tracking and reporting discrepancies with Analytics and/or partners/vendors

ABOUT YOU:

* A bachelor's degree from 4year university, or equivalent experience
* 4+ years of experience in Ad Ops
* Extensive trafficking experience with Doubleclick and/or Sizmek
* Understanding and experience with latest creative types (e.g. rich media, DCO, mobile and video) and standard industry tracking and measurement tools (e.g. viewability, verification, brand study)
* Knowledge of HTML and/or JavaScript
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
