JOB DESCRIPTIONLocation - Vernon Hills, IL
* Assist with the screening and sourcing of candidates
* Assist with creating requisitions in the Taleo Applicant Tracking System
* Provide support with processing candidates through the background check/drug screen process
* Provide a mix of general office and Administrative support to the BioLife TA Department
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS ASSIGNED
* Strong knowledge of MS Office suite and Taleo, preferred.
* Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
* Must have the ability to prioritize workflow and handle multiple activities.
* Must possess the ability to complete tasks by following general guidelines.
* Must be self-directed and motivated to complete repetitive tasks.
* Respect and sensitivity to confidential information is required.
* High school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework preferred
* Minimum of 2+ yrs of experience.
* Some HR experience preferred
