Ideal individual should possess superb administrative skills along with the ability to interact with various staff members. Ideal individual should have the passion, and ability to multi-task successfully and prioritize projects efficiently in a fast paced environment as it pertains to supporting the sales rep's with the pricing quotes, client inquiries, special orders, responding to price information, establishing great working relationships with Vendors, and ensuring accuracy to providing pertinent Client information, as necessary. General administration support to the Regional Manager/Managers as necessary. Co. offers a great working schedule, easy access to freeway, and competitive pay.
