JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Immediate need for an administrative assistant to assist with customer service and logistics team support. Responsibilities will include initial contact for customers, answering and directing phone calls, filing orders and invoices, and maintain excel spreadsheets. The administrative assistant will also be responsible for assisting the accounting department with accounts payable, logistics billing, and inventory reconciliations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel REQUIRED!
