Requirements: Bilingual Spanish

Software: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook

Main Responsibilities:
-Taking incoming calls
-Answering customer inquiries, phone & email
-Data Entry
-Scheduling appointments & confirming appointments
-Maintain paper and electronic files
-Creating monthly spreadsheets/ Reporting
-Ordering supplies
-Coordinating office meetings
-Creating Powerpoint presentations

Qualifications:
-1-2 years of office experience
-Active listening
-Time Management
-Customer and Personal Service
-Reading Comprehension
