JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Apparel company in Placentia, CA is currently seeking an Administrative professional to join their team. Preferably a candidate that has apparel buying experience! (company willing to train)
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your role will be to perform a wide range of administrative duties and serve as the first point of contact for the company. Also will be the main point of contact within the apparel industry.
*The ideal candidate will possess the following:
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Must be able to work with team members. Must be friendly, personable with a ?can-do? attitude.
? Highly organized and motivated, ability to multi-task, with impeccable attention to detail.
? Working PC knowledge with strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
? Efficient and accurate communication with customers through phone, email and web based tools.
? Local candidates preferred (not required)
*General responsibilities include:
? Answering phone calls in a professional manner and directing them to the appropriate team member.
? Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email to past, current, and prospective clients.
? Respond to client inquiries.
? Daily administrative support in regards to daily/weekly workloads.
? Data entry, clerical duties.
? Maintain orderly file system.
? Assist in office supply inventory/ordering.
? Help with special projects when assigned and needed.
? Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Administrative Support: 3 years (Preferred, but not required) & Apparel Industry experience (preferred)
Pay: $40K+ (DOE)
