We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to provide administrative support for a growing and stable business. The position requires the candidate to have the ability to support Business Managers with data entry with financial reports, assisting with project setup, maintaining records of documents and the ability to answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate person.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Proficiently administer all clerical duties such as typing, filing, etc.
Answering telephone and routing to appropriate personal
Receiving/posting mail and managing document control systems
Assisting with word processing, setting up clients with proper documents
Comfortable operating PC and/or Mac computers
Knowledgeable of Microsoft Word and proficient with Microsoft Excel Organized with strong time management skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Skilled in interpersonal communications and interactions
Comfortable multi-tasking and detail-oriented
Accurate with numbers and data entry
Maintains a strong work ethic and willing to put in additional hours if needed
Candidate must have the ability to complete all tasks with minimal supervision. A potential candidate must be motivated and complete all task quickly and efficiently.
