Company: Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center - Boise
Facility: Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (Clinic Positions) - BOISE at Boise
Department: Patient Centered Medical Home
Responsible for arranging and coordinating appointments, conferences, meetings and travel arrangements/expenses for the Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Program. Handle confidential information. Exercise critical thinking skills in a high priority, fast paced environment. Coordinate projects that can encompass a variety of internal and external individuals and groups, including physicians and clinic staff. Possess the ability to organize information from various sources and documents to be used to submit applications. Record minutes, coordinate schedules, and prepare for various committee meetings.
High School Diploma or equivalent. Three years office operations and secretarial experience. Must possess secretarial, time management, and interpersonal skills. Intermediate computer skills with an emphasis on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Group Wise (SARMC s e-mail system). Must be able to utilize the technology of the Internet and SARMC s Web application. Must possess an aptitude for learning new computer applications. Full-time Day Shift High School/GED
