JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Adecco is currently assisting a local leading organization in filling an immediate opening for Administrative Assistant in the Clearfield, PA. Successful candidates need to be able to work independently, be highly motivated, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks. Previous experience as a Service Writer or related field is preferred. The Shift is Monday thru Friday-F 7:00 AM-3:30PM will become 2nd shift 4:00 PM-midnight & working every 3rd Sat. of the month. Strong computer skills, knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel is a plus
• Greets service customers, sell needed work, write repair orders, and estimate costs of repairs, as required.
• Answer the telephone for the service department assisting customers with their inquiries.
• Work closely with service technicians
• Receive and process all customer call types using proper phone etiquette
• Perform administrative support tasks
• Self Starter, Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Possess strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi tasks and flexibility to adjust to change
• Proficient PC and data entry skills, including MS Word and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Two or more years of relevant experience
