CEC is a leading national provider of rehabilitative services for offenders in reentry and in-prison treatment facilities, as well as providing comprehensive management of county, state, and federal jail and detention facilities. The company provides evidence-based programming for residential and non-residential clients and maintains a documented record of reducing recidivism. CEC services also include SECON, a division that conducts comprehensive drug testing and screening services worldwide.
We are searching for a highly motivated professional in the role of Administrative Assistant at Community Alternatives of Black Hills, located in Rapid City, South Dakota.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:* Type general correspondence, inter-facility memorandums and other communications as necessary
* Coordinate staff meeting agendas, take meeting minutes and notes
* Coordinate the preparation of monthly reports
* Maintain office equipment and liaison with outside vendors for maintenance and repairs required, order supplies
* Update all policy and procedure manuals
* Assist with various clerical and HR duties

High school diploma or GED equivalent plus two years administrative assistance experience.

Good personal computer skills required including word processing and spreadsheet software such as MS Word, MS Excel as well as MS Office and Internet navigation

Valid driver's license
