JOB DESCRIPTIONThis is a great role for someone who thrives on being on the positive side of every day. Successful firm seeks a goal-driven Administrative Assistant to support a busy Accounting Service Provider. This is a dynamic workplace, and the right candidate will provide important support to a management team as well as a variety of assigned project work.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Proficient in multi-tasking, time management, while adhering to deadlines.
Maintain a professional appearance and be punctual.
Strong written and verbal communication skills- proficient in grammar skill.
Prepare electronic and paper copies of various documents which may include invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, spreadsheets, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail.
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
2 or more years experience in office environment and performing as an administrative assistant.
Knowledge of administrative procedures and various office equipment
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint.
