JOB DESCRIPTIONThis Administrative Assistant Position Features:
Looking for a qualified Administrative Assistant who will work closely with the Operations Manager. This is a Temp-Hire position. Pay $15 per hour.
The position requires the following experience:
1. Strong understanding of Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
2. Good communication skills - strong verbal and writing skills and a Can-do attitude
3. Self-organized and able to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
4. Ability to work with vendors and customers to handle or follow up on cases and develop reports as needed for management
5. Screening calls directed to the partner and resolving issues that require immediate attention.
6. Ability to handle a variety of new daily projects as assigned with limited oversight for handling the projects on a timely basis
7. Must have payroll knowledge
