Fast growing Silicon Valley software company seeks a highly motivated and communicative professional with experience in a fast-paced environment to support their collaborative team as an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant acts as gatekeeper of the office and provides safety to employees by enforcing security protocol.Candidates should have great follow up skills, high attention to detail, ability to prioritize and be flexible to changes to succeed in this role. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ' Perform administrative duties as needed including filing, faxing, copying, organizing data into spreadsheets, corresponding with vendors and clients, answering phones, and other duties as directed ' Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings, conference calls, interviews, and appointments with third party vendors ' Provide administrative and calendar support to assigned executives ' Order and set up catering for meetings and company events ' Manage projects as assigned and conduct research ' Prepare and arrange shipment and delivery of correspondence on behalf of management ' Work with administrative staff to ensure efficient flow of day-to-day operations ' Create Business and Engineering PowerPoint ' Assist in managing Projects ' Assist in managing engineering and product schedules ' Assist in documenting and tracking product features and functionality

Qualifications: ' High School Diploma required, Associate/Bachelor's preferred ' 2+ years of experience in an administrative capacity ' Computer literate with experience in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) a must ' Ability to maintain professional composure in a fast-paced environment ' Have a positive 'can-do' attitude and be ready to take on anything ' Ability to work independently with minimal supervision ' Experience with calendar support of C-level executives highly preferred We are an equal employment opportunity employer and will consider all qualified candidates without regard to disability or protected veteran status.
