SKILLS/ RESPONSIBLITIES - General office/ clerical tasks including filing, data entry, order supplies, and maintenance of office equipment such as fax machine /copier /printer. Greet and direct callers and/or guests to destination. Assist in the preparation and distribution of project reports, and correspondence. Perform administrative support including travel arrangements, calendar maintenance, set up conference room, and coordination of lunches and meetings.
