JOB DESCRIPTIONLooking for a highly motivated and communicative professional who is a team player and has experience in a fast-paced environment. Someone with great follow up skills, high attention to detail, ability to prioritize and be flexible to changes will succeed in this Office Assistant role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Own the reception area by answering phones, signing for deliveries, greeting and signing in visitors
-Effectively acts as first line of communication to callers, visitors and vendors - be the 'face' of CLIENT
-Thoroughly know and understand security protocols and ensure employees and visitors adhere to policy
-Perform administrative duties as needed including filing, faxing, copying, organizing data into spreadsheets, corresponding with vendors and clients, answering phones, and other duties as directed
-Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings, conference calls, interviews, and appointments with third party vendors
-Provide administrative and calendar support to assigned executives
-2+ years of experience in an administrative capacity
-Strong experience in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
-Ability to maintain professional composure in a fast-paced environment
-Have a positive 'can-do' attitude and be ready to take on anything
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
