JOB DESCRIPTIONLooking for an administrative assistant with a great attitude. Someone who is eager to join a support team with a strong sense of accountability.
?Manage complex calendars of key executives, schedule domestic and international appointments and travel for meetings including orchestration of logistics, and communication to all meeting attendees.
?Act as the liaison between the senior management and colleagues to facilitate work and accomplish objectives in a collaborative attendees.
?Compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports and PowerPoint presentations as needed
?Coordinate with the Human Resources regarding recruiting efforts for the department including telephone contact, scheduling interviews, and follow-up correspondence with candidates.
?Conduct QA/QC reviews of bookmarks and hyperlinks and format text and tables for written documents
?troubleshoot office administration problems and solutions and assist on special projects as assigned. Filling, photocopying, faxing, answering calls, expense reports and providing general assistance.
?Provide meeting support, prepare agendas, coordinating technology, coordinating presentations and support implementation process/ initiative
?Microsoft Office Suite
?Great written and verbal communication
?Attention to detail
?Ability to work in a fast paced environment
?High School Diploma with 5+ years of administrative experience required (bachelor?s degree preferred)
?2-4 years supporting an Executive level Manager
?Familiar with Real Estate (preferred not required)
?Equivalent combination of education and experience considered
