The Adecco National Service Delivery Center is currently recruiting for an Part-time Administrative Assistant I to work for our client. This position is for Adecco?s Global Client who is the world?s leading source of intelligent information for businesses and professionals. Job Location: Augusta, GA
Relocation: No relocation assistance is available
Remote Option: NO
Education Requirement: High School degree/GED required,
Length of W-2 position: 12 Months, with a potential renewal/extension available
Experience Level: 0 to 2+ years experience required
Hours: Part-time 7:00am to 12:00pm M-F
Pay Rate: $14.00 / Hour W-2
Potential Start Date: 9/12/16

Job Summary

*General office duties may include word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, maintaining calendars, making travel arrangements, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned.

*General administrative responsibilities include preparation of reports/presentations using various software packages and databases, compilation of information from various sources, and handling small scale projects.

*Performs audits of various types.

*Individuals at this level may still perform office functions outlined in the first two levels but these are not the primary focus of the position. Individuals may deal with confidential material on a regular basis.
