JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Superior Group is looking for Administrative Assistant II for our Client located in Irvine, CA.
Will support conversion process for 150 contingent employees on site, includes processing candidates thru the hiring cycle from application to new hire date, some of the tasks will be
Scheduling candidates to apply, walk them thru the application process, offer acceptance, screening process, help candidates with follow up email requests for more information regarding screening, work hand in hand with talent acquisition and supervisors
·Prior experience in HR with an emphasis on staffing, prior experience in staffing agencies (very desirable).
Friendly when assisting others Good customer service Computer savvy
Exercise considerable discretion and finesse in dealing with internal and external contacts.
Demonstrates superior interpersonal and administrative skills.
Requires tact, judgment, and a sense of responsibility
Advanced reading and math
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Recognize problems and take corrective measures
Do you have these professional or academic certifications
Required Skills / Qualifications:
High school or GED
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Administrative Assistant.
