The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and sales support to commercial card business line teams including Account Management, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle the daily operational duties associated with the internal processes necessary to support the teams as they build and grow external client relationships, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. The focus of this role is on operational quality, meeting deadlines, reconciliation/tracking, productivity, and internal customer satisfaction. The Administrative Assistant must have strong oral and written communication skills, project and process management focus, be detail oriented, and able to maintain an ongoing ability to successfully prioritize and multi-task with multiple levels of staff from individual contributors to executive management.



Work Hours: 8:00-5:00 (Monday-Friday)



Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in related field preferred



Preferred applicants will have:

* 2 Years experience (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)

* 2 Years business to business or support experience

* Excellent oral and written communication skills

* Mathematical and problems solving skills

* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
